WebSocket event replay
Send a StreamSubscription as the first text frame within five seconds; omit token for public events, and never put a token in the URL. Private streams need a session or a read credential, rechecked about every 500 ms. Frames are EventPages, empty every ~500 ms when idle, and a StreamControl before the server closes. Resume from the last processed next_cursor. Inbound messages are limited to 4096 bytes; 256 connections globally; a send blocked five seconds closes the socket. Text frames after the subscription are unsupported.
